Where do your guests' photos end up?

Your guests take photos all day, from the aisle to the dance floor. Most of those photos stay on their phones. A few arrive weeks later in a group chat, shrunk to fit.

The easy time to collect them is the evening itself, while the phones are still out. That only works when adding a photo takes one scan and a few taps.

Make the album once and put its code on every table

Guest Album is a free QR code guest album for weddings and events, where guests scan one code and add their photos and videos with no app or sign-up.

  1. Name the album and write a welcome line

Use your names and the date. The welcome line is the first thing guests read after the scan, so ask for the moments you will miss.

  2. Print the sign or add the code to your stationery

The sign shows your names above the code. For menus and place cards you design in Canva, download the QR code on its own.

  3. Guests scan and add photos from their phone

They type a first name once, then pick photos and videos from their camera roll. Guests on iPhone and Android add to the same album.

Decide what the album shows, and keep every file

Review photos before they show

Turn on review and each new photo waits for your approval before other guests see it. You can hide or remove any photo later too.

Close uploads once every photo is in

Switch off Guests can add photos in the album settings, and the album stops taking new ones. Everything already in it stays where it is.

Download the originals in one ZIP

Every photo and video arrives as your guest picked it. One ZIP holds up to 5,000 files, ready for your photographer or your photo book.

Questions people ask

How much does a QR code for wedding photos cost?

Nothing. It is free for the two of you and for every guest, and it shows no ads. You pay nothing for the printed sign or for the ZIP of every photo either, and there is no paid plan to upgrade to.

Do wedding guests need to download an app?

No. The phone camera reads the QR code and the album opens in the browser, with nothing to install. Guests never make an account or a password, so nobody drops out at a sign-in screen halfway through the evening, grandparents included.

Can guests add videos too?

Yes, videos go into the same album as the photos. Each video can be up to 400 MB and each photo up to 40 MB. MP4 and MOV videos work, and so do JPEG, PNG and the HEIC photos iPhones take.

What if our families speak different languages?

Each guest sees the album in their own phone's language, in any of 34 languages. Your names and your welcome line stay exactly as you wrote them, so one sign on the table works for both sides of the family.

How long do we have to download the photos?

As long as you like. The album has no expiry date and stays online until you delete it. While uploads are open, guests can still add the photos they find on their phone a week after the wedding. You can download the album again whenever you want.

Who can see our album?

Anyone with the link or the QR code can open it, and search engines are asked not to list it. If you prefer, each guest sees only the photos they added, and the full album stays with the two of you.
