What Guest Album is
Guest Album lets you create a photo album for an event and collect photos and videos from guests who open its link or scan its QR code. You can use it as a host, who creates an album, or as a guest, who adds to one. By using Guest Album you agree to these terms.
Your account
Hosts sign in with Google or with a code sent to their email. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Guests do not need an account; they add a name and are signed in anonymously in the background so the album can tell who added what.
Your content
You keep every right to the photos and videos you add. You give Guest Album only the permission it needs to store, resize, display and deliver them to the people you share the album with, and to include them in the ZIP the host downloads. The host of an album can hide, remove or download anything a guest adds to it.
What you must not upload
Nothing illegal, nothing you have no right to share, nothing that depicts abuse, and nothing meant to harass. We can remove content and close accounts that break this, without notice. Reports go to support@guestalbum.so.
Price
Guest Album is free to use today. If paid features are introduced, they will be marked as such before you use them, with their price shown including any applicable tax; nothing you already have will be charged for retroactively. Prices, if any, will be shown in your currency at checkout.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Guest Album online and your content safe, but we give no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give hosts at least 30 days to download their albums.
Liability
Guest Album is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content added by users. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; the host's ZIP download exists for that.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from My account. This removes your profile and every album you made, including every photo and video in them, and cannot be undone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by the courts of Balıkesir.
